By signing up for our waitlist or accessing the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Kabiri is a unified workspace platform that brings your email, calendars, files, projects, notes, and messaging under one roof. The platform is currently in development. By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in being notified when the Service becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service or any particular features.

3. Waitlist

By submitting your email address to the waitlist, you:

• Confirm that the email address you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
• Consent to receiving emails from Kabiri, including a waitlist confirmation, platform launch notification, and occasional updates about the Service.
• Understand that you can request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@kabiri.co.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the Kabiri name, logo, design, text, and graphics, is the property of Kabiri and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
